Faced with a highly distributed, global workforce across multiple operational environments, the challenge was to eliminate information fragmentation and communication silos. I architected a multi-channel corporate communications ecosystem using email campaigns, Microsoft Teams, UKG workflows, and ScreenCloud digital signage to engage employees exactly where they work. To ensure absolute message consistency and corporate alignment, this entire multi-channel engine was structurally anchored to a modernized, fully governed SharePoint intranet serving as the organization's single, immutable source of truth.
The Digital Hub (SharePoint): The permanent, audited repository for global corporate policies, official announcements, and cross-functional documentation.
Real-Time Push (Microsoft Teams): Reserved for high-priority operational updates, urgent alerts, and rapid team alignment.
Targeted Leadership Broadcast (Email): Used strictly for formal, scheduled C-suite messaging and executive advisory rollouts.
Ambient Awareness (Digital Signage): Utilizing ScreenCloud and physical signage to reinforce corporate culture, safety updates, and core milestones for on-site and manufacturing personnel.
Note to self: Insert your Hub-and-Spoke Infographic here. It should show the SharePoint Intranet icon in the center with arrows pointing inward from the other channel icons (Teams, Email, ScreenCloud).
Content Lifecycle Rules: Discuss how you established automated archival schedules so the digital hub remains a clean, clutter-free environment.
Role-Based Permissions & Security: Detail the information governance framework that dictates who can broadcast to which channels, mitigating corporate communication risks.
Data-Driven Pulse Checks: Explain how you use platform and workplace analytics to evaluate active user engagement, monitor read-times, and adjust channel distribution strategies to prevent employee information fatigue.
Note to self: A clean layout featuring sanitized, blurred mockups of your SharePoint interface alongside a stylized "Content Governance Matrix" template or flow chart.
When an enterprise redefines its core organizational identity, success depends entirely on the strategic execution of its cultural change management. I spearheaded the communication roadmap for the 'BigHeart' initiative, designed to translate abstract corporate mission, vision, and values into actionable behavioral standards for a global, distributed workforce of 400+ employees. By engineering a synchronized, multi-channel deployment strategy, I ensured a seamless transition that drove cross-functional adoption without generating operational friction or organizational fatigue.
Phase 1: Executive Realignment & Advisory: Partnering with the C-suite to establish a unified narrative voice and equipping senior leaders with messaging playbooks to ensure alignment before the public rollout.
Phase 2: Manager & Stakeholder Enablement: Creating localized internal toolkits and training guides to prepare managers to address ground-level questions and advocate for the initiative within their teams.
Phase 3: Omnichannel Launch Execution: Executing a coordinated, simultaneous launch across all corporate channels to reach on-site, remote, and manufacturing personnel at the exact same moment.
Phase 4: Long-Term Cultural Embedding: Integrating the updated values directly into internal infrastructure, including employee recognition frameworks, continuous digital signage, and permanent intranet resources.
Note to self: Insert Communication Lifecycle Timeline Infographic here. Create a clean, professional horizontal timeline chart mapping out these four distinct phases visually
Digital Hub Integration: Developing dedicated, central resource spaces on the SharePoint intranet where employees can access the foundational mission, vision, and value documentation at any time.
Ambient Awareness Campaigns: Coordinating ScreenCloud digital signage streams and physical corporate banners to provide high-visibility, passive touchpoints for on-the-floor manufacturing staff.
Targeted Push Notifications: Managing scheduled, high-level email broadcasts and interactive Microsoft Teams channels to prompt real-time engagement, employee discussion, and transparent feedback loops.
Note to self: Insert your Omnichannel Layout Mockup here. This should be a single, stylized composite graphic that displays a sanitized, text-free newsletter header template, a ScreenCloud digital slide mock, and an intranet campaign banner sidebar side-by-side.
High-stakes corporate communication requires a balance of strategic transparency, brand alignment, and organizational trust. I serve as a direct communications partner to executive leadership, translating complex business directives and corporate shifts into authentic, impactful narratives. By designing structured executive communication frameworks, I protect corporate reputation, maximize leadership visibility, and ensure the C-suite's voice resonates clearly across a globally distributed enterprise."
Executive Voice Auditing: Analyzing leadership communication styles, cadences, and professional priorities to synthesize an authentic written and verbal persona for internal and external channels.
Message Matrix Architecture: Building comprehensive delivery schedules that dictate who says what, to whom, on which channel, and at what exact moment during critical corporate events.
Risk Mitigation & Sensitivity Management: Partnering with key stakeholders to vet high-stakes messaging, ensuring internal announcements maintain legal compliance, minimize ambiguity, and proactively address employee concerns.
Note to self: Insert your Executive Messaging Matrix template here. Present a clean, stylized, downloadable table framework displaying columns like Strategic Event, Core Directive, Delivery Channel, Assigned Executive Speaker, and Audience Targeting Tier.
Town Hall & All-Hands Engineering: Designing the complete "Run of Show" for company-wide meetings, orchestrating live technical transitions, slide visual storytelling, and executive talking points.
Interactive Feedback Loops: Structuring and managing anonymous Q&A sessions, executive "Ask Me Anything" formats, and corporate listening tours to keep leadership pulse-checked on ground-level sentiment.
Manager Briefing Playbooks: Arming the broader leadership tier with post-event talking points and cascade guides to ensure consistent messaging flows cleanly down through every level of management.
Note to self: Insert Sanitized Town Hall Script & Run-of-Show Template here. This should be a clean, visual document snippet showing a split-screen or side-by-side view: one side detailing the technical/slide cues, and the other showing a placeholder block for anonymized executive script text.
Note: To protect corporate governance, all internal infrastructure, SharePoint architecture, and executive advisory examples have been sanitized, anonymized, or structurally templated. They are presented here strictly as a proof of strategic process and operational methodology.
